Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your DecoDIY™ TurboSpa. That is why we offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@decodiy.store.

Please note:
1. Do not send your purchase back to the sender's address listed on the package. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address once your request is approved.
2. For returns caused by customer preference (buyer's remorse, changed mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages & Product Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@decodiy.store with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will review it immediately and work with our logistics partner to send you a brand-new replacement unit completely free of charge.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
